International Retail Jeweler

Challenge

A major international jeweler decided to implement digital media as a long term marketing and brand initiative.  At the same time, the jeweler  was entering into the US market and was seeking an audio visual solutions provider to assist in the design and implementation of digital media in their new US retail stores.  The jeweler had heard of Buzzfire’s experience in digital media and AV solutions and contacted Buzzfire’s headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Solution

Buzzfire consulted with the jeweler’s North American headquarters and engineered standard designs for digital media in their US stores.  The solutions were quickly installed in four pilot stores in the Chicago area.  Due to the success of these initial digital media solutions, the jeweler engaged Buzzfire in the design and implementation of the remaining stores in the US.
